Flex Card – select plans offer members to use an annual flex benefit allowance to pay for copays / coinsurances / upgrades related to dental, vision or hearing services. OTC – select plans receive a quarterly over the counter allowance that may be used for approved OTC items. Retail transactions of Over-the-Counter items are limited to an “Approved Product List” (APL).

Earn up to $385 throughout the year for completing health-related activities like annual wellness visit and preventative screenings. Rewards allowance can be used for over the counter items, healthy foods & groceries or payment toward dental, vision or hearing services.

This benefit is available to all plans. Members can access their benefits by registering and enrolling at www.silverandfit.com or by calling Silver&Fit Customer Service at 877-427-4788. In addition to in-person network fitness centers, members can also receive fitness kits shipped to their homes and participate in digital fitness programs.
