Practitioner Credentialing

Practitioner Credentialing
Practitioner credentialing starts once a contract is executed and the practitioner is loaded into Zing Health’s system via monthly roster updates. To avoid delays in the credentialing process, please ensure Zing Health is authorized to access your CAQH profile and all information in CAQH is up to date.

Zing’s Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) or Zing’s Credentialing team will reach out to the credentialing contact on file if any information is missing.

Once credentialing is approved, a letter will be sent via email to your credentialing contact.

The letter/email notification will include the practitioner’s effective date or feel free to contact Provider Services by:

Facility & Ancillary Provider Credentialing
The credentialing application can be used to send facility credentialing information once your group is contracted. Instructions are included in the application.
